Can I really put 800 staff on Hospital tier with no extra fee?

Yes. Contributor seats are unlimited at every paid tier. The whole point of LeanColab is hospital-wide participation — charging per nurse would defeat that.

Is the Family tier OK for actual patient work?

No. Family is a non-clinical sandbox — for personal use, training candidates, or preparing internal pitches. Real patient data requires a paid tier with a signed BAA / DPA.

What happens after 4 teams in the same hospital?

Above 4 active CI teams in the same hospital, the conversation stops being about per-seat pricing and starts being about hospital-wide deployment. Hospital tier kicks in with unlimited Contributors across the whole facility, FHIR integration, accreditation packs, and a dedicated CSM.
